Abstract

The study aims to introduce the concept of scientific theft and scientific plagiarism and terms that are not included within the concept of scientific theft, the need to pay attention to scientific theft, and we review the types of scientific theft, the factors that helped the emergence of scientific theft in the digital environment. And also how to avoid falling into the phenomenon of scientific theft, and we show in this study the position of Islamic law and the law on scientific theft. , scientific theft in the light of the law, and the role of the World Intellectual Property Organization "WIPO" to protect copyright and intellectual property. Finally, scientific efforts to reduce information and technical crimes.
