Information crimes are considered one of the most dangerous types of crimes in the modern era due to the severe damage they cause to the individual and society. These crimes have gained great importance in light of the transition to the digital age, which has facilitated and facilitated the commission of these crimes and helped to spread more of them in ways that are known to those who know them. Before. This original, analytical study comes with the aim of establishing the legitimacy of such types of crimes in the Holy Qur’an, the Book of God which was revealed to the best of mankind, our Master Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers, in an attempt to monitor the types of these crimes as mentioned in the Qur’anic verses, and to compile the Qur’anic words. Its multiple forms that indicate it and its repetition, with an analysis of its linguistic and terminological meanings, and a discussion of the interpretations of these verses in some books of interpretation of the Holy Qur’an. The study produced a set of results: Perhaps the most prominent of them is that, through inductive research of the verses of the Holy Quran, nine information crimes were identified in the Holy Qur’an, and they are in the order of their treatment in this study: 1. the crime of information espionage, 2. the crime of information fraud and plagiarism, 3. the crime of information distortion,
